1. General
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the astroprognostic.com website and the AstroPrognostic application (the "Service"). By registering or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service is provided by Individual Entrepreneur (FOP) Yuliia Piskun, registered in Odesa region, Ukraine, Tax ID (RNOKPP) 3469706429 ("we", "us", "the Company"). Full details are in the Contact section below.
2. Description of the Service
AstroPrognostic is an online astroprocessor: it computes natal charts, transits, synastry, progressions, directions and solar/lunar returns from the birth data you provide (date, time and place of birth). The Service provides astronomically precise data and chart images WITHOUT interpretations — interpretation (whether via partner astrologers or the AI-reading feature) is a separate, clearly labeled feature.
IMPORTANT: all content of the Service (calculations, AI readings, partner consultations, courses) is for INFORMATIONAL AND ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY. It is not professional advice (medical, psychological, financial, legal or otherwise). Do not make important decisions about your health, finances, relationships or other matters based on this content without consulting an appropriately qualified professional.
3. Account & registration
To save charts you need an account — via email/password or Telegram sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure, for all activity under your account, and for the accuracy of the data you enter.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By registering you confirm you meet this requirement.
4. Pricing & payment
Core features are free (the Free plan). Advanced features are available on paid plans (Practic/Pro), billed monthly or yearly, and as one-off purchases (e.g. an AI-reading credit). Current pricing is listed at /pricing.
Card payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (or an affiliated Paddle group entity, depending on your billing country) as our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. This means the purchase contract for the price, invoicing, applicable taxes (VAT/sales tax) and the card payment itself is between you and Paddle directly, not with us; Paddle's own terms (paddle.com/legal) also apply to such purchases. We remain responsible for providing the Service itself.
Cryptocurrency payments are processed via NOWPayments (nowpayments.io) — for these, WE (the FOP) are the direct seller, not Paddle. Prices are quoted in US dollars (USD); the exact amount in the cryptocurrency you choose and the exchange rate are set by the payment provider at the time of payment.
We do not store or see your full card details — these are handled directly by Paddle. We only see the payment status and the minimal data needed to grant your plan.
5. Auto-renewal & cancellation
Practic/Pro subscriptions renew automatically for a new period (month/year) at the same price unless you cancel. Manage or cancel your subscription via the Paddle customer portal (linked in your payment confirmation email) or the Plan section of your account. Cancelling stops future charges; access already paid for continues until the end of the current paid period.
6. Refunds
Refund terms are set out in a separate Refund Policy (/refund), which forms an integral part of these Terms.
7. Partner services
Consultations with natal astrologers, manual rectification, courses and training programs may be provided by partner astrologers/schools. Such services are provided by those partners under THEIR OWN terms (including payment, cancellation and quality of the consultation); AstroPrognostic is merely a technical platform for booking/hosting such sessions and is NOT responsible for their content, quality or outcome.
8. License to use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own purposes. Full license terms are in the EULA (/eula).
9. Acceptable use
You must not: use the Service for unlawful purposes; attempt to disrupt it (DDoS, brute-forcing, bypassing paid restrictions); bulk-scrape Service data to build a competing product; present generated content as professional advice to third parties without disclosing its entertainment nature; upload malicious code. We may suspend or terminate an account for violations without prior notice and, for willful or serious violations, without a refund for the current period.
10. Intellectual property
The Service, its design, code, data-presentation algorithms and the AstroPrognostic brand are our property or that of our licensors. Birth data and charts you enter remain yours — we claim no rights to them beyond what is needed to technically provide the Service (storage, calculation, display).
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation or error-free performance. Astronomical calculations are based on the Swiss Ephemeris and are believed accurate, but we do not warrant complete freedom from technical failure.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we, our founders, partners and staff are NOT liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special damages or lost profits arising from use or inability to use the Service — including decisions made based on its content.
If, despite Section 11, liability is nonetheless imposed on us, our aggregate liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the Service in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim (or $0/€0 for free-tier users). This limitation does NOT apply to gross negligence, willful misconduct on our part, or other cases where limiting liability is prohibited by applicable law.
13. Force majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control: outages of our suppliers (hosting, payment providers, Telegram, ephemeris data providers), power/network outages, armed conflict, acts of government, natural disasters and similar events.
14. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes that cannot be resolved by negotiation (contact info@astroprognostic.com — we respond within 30 days) are resolved in the courts at the Company's place of registration, unless mandatory provisions of applicable law (including consumer-protection law of your country of residence, if you are a consumer in the EU or another jurisdiction with such mandatory rules) require a different forum or procedure.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; the last-updated date is shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. We will try to notify you of material changes by email or an in-Service notice.
