Refund Policy

Güncellendi: 2026-07-26

1. General

This Refund Policy is part of our Terms of Service (/terms) and applies to all paid purchases on AstroPrognostic: Practic/Pro subscriptions, one-off purchases (e.g. AI-reading credits) and consultations. How a refund is handled depends on your payment method — card via Paddle, or cryptocurrency via NOWPayments.

2. Card payments (Paddle)

The seller for card payments is Paddle.com Market Limited (Merchant of Record) — the final decision on refunding a card payment is made by Paddle under THEIR Buyer Terms (paddle.com/legal). We can REQUEST a refund on your behalf through Paddle based on the criteria below — email info@astroprognostic.com and we will submit the request.

Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank — a chargeback slows down resolution and may result in your account being suspended pending investigation.

3. Cryptocurrency payments (NOWPayments)

For crypto payments, we (the FOP) are the direct seller. Cryptocurrency transactions are IRREVERSIBLE at the blockchain level by nature — we cannot simply "undo" an already-confirmed transaction.

If a refund is approved (see criteria below), by default we issue it as ACCOUNT CREDIT (extended subscription/AI credits) — this is the fastest option. Refund to a crypto wallet is available on request, but: (a) the exchange rate at the time of refund may differ from the rate at the time of payment — we do not compensate for the difference; (b) the network fee for the transfer is deducted from the refund amount; (c) processing may take up to 14 business days due to manual handling.

4. Subscriptions (Practic/Pro)

If you paid for a subscription and have NOT yet used any paid feature of the plan, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of payment (our money-back guarantee, wider than the minimum 14-day right of withdrawal for EU consumers; offered on the same terms at our discretion to other users).

By starting to use paid features within those 30 days (e.g. running a forecast, exporting a PDF, using your AI quota), you explicitly consent to immediate access to digital content — under applicable law (including Art. 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU) this means you LOSE the right of withdrawal for the access already granted. After 30 days, or once you start using the plan, the current paid period is non-refundable; you can cancel auto-renewal at any time (Section 5 of the Terms) to stop future charges — access already paid for continues until the period ends.

5. One-off purchases (AI credits)

An AI-reading credit is refundable if NOT yet used (no reading generated) — contact us within 30 days of purchase. Once a reading has been generated, the credit is considered used and is non-refundable, since the compute cost (a request to the model provider) has already been incurred.

6. Partner consultations & courses

Payments for consultations with partner astrologers and courses are governed by that partner's own cancellation/refund policy — please check it BEFORE booking. AstroPrognostic is only a technical booking platform and does not decide refunds in these cases.

7. Erroneous & duplicate charges

If you were charged in error (technical glitch, duplicate charge), we will refund the full amount with no time limit, once the error is confirmed.

8. How to request a refund

Email info@astroprognostic.com with subject "Refund request", including your account email, the payment date and amount, and the reason. We respond within 5 business days; the refund decision itself (for card payments, jointly with Paddle) follows within 14 days of your request.
